Registration are now closed. The IEEE Smart Grid World Forum registration period has passed and the capacity for the rooms has been reached. In order to offer those that are interested in the conference but cannot attend, the conference organizers consider to also bring you the alternative option of a virtual participation in the conference. We will inform you later regarding the possibilities for virtual attendance.

In case of registration cancellation you will be charged 100€ for the organization expenses. Also, no cancellations after November 15 2010 will be accepted (no registration fee refund).

Please note that there will be no new onsite registrations at the conference site.

The registration includes: a conference bag, two lunches, the conference dinner (if selected during registration), all coffee breaks and the closing reception (if selected during registration).

Payments via wire transfer

Payments can be done online from within the registration tool using a secure payment service by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted, and this is the recommended option). Alternatively, the registration fee can be sent via wire transfer to the following bank account:

Those paying via wire transfer need to complete registration via REGONLINE first! And send us an email (registrations@ieee-smartgridworld.org) so that we can easily track your payment.

Hotel registrations

Hotel registrations are not included in the registration procedure and are up to the participant.

A favourable rate is available at the conference Hotel Metropole (event venue) for the registered participants. Fill in the following form and send it to the hotel: BOOKING FORM METROPOLE HOTEL. The deadline for this offer is November 1.
